Joseph P. Daiger Jr., 66, a real estate broker and semiretired partner in a real estate firm, died Tuesday after a heart attack while driving his car at Dulaney Valley Road and Jarrettsville Pike.

A mass of Christian burial is to be offered at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Towson.

Mr. Daiger, who lived on Dulaney Valley Court in Towson, had been semiretired for about a year from the firm of Daiger and Lynch, with which he was associated for about 15 years.

Earlier, he worked for other real estate firms and for a time in the 1960s was a vice president in New York City of the Donnelly Outdoor Advertising Co.

Other survivors include his mother, Cecilia Daiger of Lutherville; two sisters, Margaret D. McGraw of Towson and Roberta D. Rodgers of Baltimore, and a brother, John P. Daiger of Frederick.
