Jane Anderson Active volunteer

Services for Jane Anderson, a longtime resident of Baltimore County, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church in Jarrettsville.

Mrs. Anderson, who was 64, died Friday at her home in Timonium after a short illness.

Born in Bethlehem, Pa., the former Jane Whitney was a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Mass., where she earned a bachelor of arts in economics. She was an active member of the Alumnae Association.

Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Hillendale Country Club, treasurer of the WIN Club, , and a longtime member of the Junior League of Baltimore. She was also involved in many volunteer activities.

Her husband of 39 years, Frank J. Anderson, vice president of the John McCall Coal Co. in Baltimore, died earlier this year.

She is survived by three sons, David W. Anderson of Unionville, Pa., Peter J. Anderson of Monroe, La., and Michael W. Anderson of Shrewsbury, N.J.; a daughter, Judith A. Smith of Mentor, Ohio; and three grandchildren.

The family suggested that donations be made to the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine.
