Christopher Blimline

Christopher D. Blimline, 16, a sophomore at the Perry Hall High School, died Tuesday at Sinai Hospital of complications to surgery related to muscular dystrophy.

Services will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow at the Schimunek funeral establishment, 9705 Belair Road.

The Baltimore native, who had used a wheelchair since he was 7, attended the Pine Grove Middle School and the Chapel Hill Elementary School. He was a resident of Ballygar Road in Perry Hall.

Chris frequently attended Oriole games and those of the farm teams in Frederick and Hagerstown and collected baseball memorabilia.

He often went to games or participated in other activities with a friend, Kevin Copenspire of Phoenix.

Survivors include his parents, Dennis and Mary Ann Blimline of Perry Hall, and his grandparents, George and Bernette Blimline and George and Mary Gutermuth, all of Baltimore.
