Mabel V. Moulton Active in church

Services for Mabel Victoria Moulton, who was active in church work, will be held at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church, 2130 E. Hoffman St.

Mrs. Moulton, who was 99 and lived on Whittier Avenue, died of pneumonia Tuesday at the Liberty Medical Center.

She had been a member of Trinity A.M.E. Church since childhood.

Mrs. Moulton also volunteered for summer youth programs sponsored by the Harlem Park Community Association.

The former Mabel Victoria DeCoursey was born in Ellicott City and graduated from what is now Frederick Douglass High School. She did domestic work as a young woman. Her husband, George Moulton, who was a waiter, died in 1940.

She is survived by four daughters, Thelma Harris of New York City and Lillian Wainwright, Dorothy Rankin and Pearl Moulton, all of Baltimore; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
