County Executive-elect Charles Ecker and the newly elected County Council will be sworn in at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at Howard High School.
A reception at the school will follow the ceremonies.
At 9:30 p.m. the new County Council will conduct a regularly scheduled meeting in the Banneker Room of the George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City.
