December 01, 1990|By LOU CEDRONE ''Three Men and a Little Lady'' is not the fun the 1987 ''Three Men and a Baby'' was, but the sequel does have its moments. In this installment, the three bachelors are still sharing the same apartment with the little girl, now 5, and her mother. The situation changes, however, when the mother of the child becomes engaged to an English stage director. Naturally, the three men, played by Tom Selleck, above, Steve Guttenberg and Ted Danson, try to stop the wedding. Language. Rating: PG. **
