Ruth Eng, 77, a Harford County resident, died Nov. 19 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. She was the wife of the late Bak On Eng. She and her late husband had owned and operated a dry cleaning business in Baltimore.

Survivors include a daughter, June Lee of Eldersburg; sons, Dr. Leslie Eng of Harford County, Terry Eng Sr. of Eldersburg and Dr. Frederick Eng of Pennsylvania; sisters, Bessie Jue of Eldersburg, Patricia Lewis and Constance Goon, both of Baltimore; brother, Henry Lee of Baltimore, and nine grandchildren.

Gerald W. Hamburg, 69, died Nov. 19 in Ocala, Fla. He was the husband of Julia Hamburg. In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Kurt J.

Hamburg of Westminster; a daughter, Amy E. Hamburg of Baltimore, and one granddaughter. The family requests memorial donations to the Special Olympics of Maryland or Carroll Haven in Westminster.

Mary M. Zumbrun, 90, died Friday at Baltimore County General Hospital.

She was the wife of the late Rock Henry N. Zumbrun. A housewife, she had been employed in a sewing factory for many years. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. Survivors include a daughter, Monzie Yingling of Hampstead; sons, William Zumbrun of Manchester and George Zumbrun of Owings Mills, Baltimore County; 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Charles L. Fritz, 60, died Friday at Carroll County General Hospital.

A heavy equipment operator, he also had served in the Korean War. Survivors include sons, Charles L. Fritz Jr. and Jerry L. Fritz, both of here; brothers, Kenny Shane, Floyd Runkles and Albert F. Runkles, both of here, Norman Runkles of Montgomery County, William H. Runkles of West Virginia, Sterling Shane Jr. of Frederick County; sisters, Ruth V. Ausherman of Frederick County and Margaret Naill of here, and two grandchildren.

Evelyn L. Fincham, 73, died Sunday at Westminster Nursing and Convalescent Center. She was the wife of the late H. Wilson Fincham.

Survivors include daughters, Mary Alice Oakes of Virginia and Gloria J.

Bell of here; sisters, Dorothy Fincham of Aspen Hill, Doris Souders of Gamer and Catherine Simpson of Howard County; brothers Thomas Musgrove of Washington County and James Musgrove of Westminster; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Evelyn M. Dunn, 81, died Nov. 20 at Carroll County General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert B. Dunn. A secretary for Equitable Trust Bank, she was a member of the South Carroll Senior Citizens Club. Survivors include a nephew, J. Frank Malehorn Jr. of Anne Arundel County.

Emma S. Griffith, 96, died Nov. 20 at Baltimore County General Hospital.

She was the wife of the late Joseph E. Griffith and the mother of the late J. Walter Scholz. Retired from the Internal Revenue Service, she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Surviving are a son, Louis A. Scholz of here; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

DATELINE: Taneytown

Bertha E. Singer, 79, died Monday at Longview Nursing Home. She was the wife of John H. Singer. The couple, who were dairy farmers, recently celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary. She was the mother of the late Louise Sherry. In addition to her husband, survivors include daughters, Mary Scibelli and Linda Martin, both of Pennsylvania, Annabelle Creamer of Montgomery County, Susan Graham of Charles County, Evelyn Blizzard of Westminster, Eleanor Black of Union Bridge, Carol Suiter of California and Donna Barnett of Uniontown; a son, J. Roger Singer of Pennsylvania; sisters, Bernice Thompson of Howard County, Helen Bohn of here, June Bowen of Florida and Betty Bixler of Westminster; 23 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services are at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Union Bridge Funeral Home of D. D. Hartzler. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Kermit B. Million, 76, died Thursday. He was the husband of the late Blanche S. Million, who died in 1988. He and his wife had both retired from the Carroll County Board of Education, and he was a member of the Elks Club. Survivors include sons, Wayne K. Million of Virginia and John B.

Million of Westminster, and seven grandchildren. The family has planned a joint memorial service for Mr. and Mrs. Million at 8 p.m. tonight at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.


Marguerite H. Dundon, 80, died Sunday at her Baltimore County home.

Survivors include daughters, Mary Ann D. Vetter and Patricia D. Martin, of Westminster, and four grandchildren. Services are at 10 a.m. today at the Mitchell-Wiedefeld Funeral Home, 6500 York Road, here.
