A memorial service for C. Baynard Perryclear, a retired partner in Towson Associates, a real estate development firm, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the North Falmouth, Mass., Congregational Church.

Mr. Perryclear, who was 82 and had lived in North Falmouth since 1977, died Saturday at a nursing home in Falmouth, Mass., of Parkinson's disease.

Before moving to Cape Cod, he had lived in the Baltimore area for 34 years and worked as a furniture manufacturer's representative.

A native of Savannah, Ga., he was reared in Princeton, N.J., and

educated at Princeton University.

He is survived by his wife, the former Barbara Stronach; two sons, William Eaton Perryclear of Annapolis and R. Nicholas Perryclear of Manomet, Mass.; two daughters, Nancy Perryclear Talbot of Cambridge, Mass., and Barbara Patterson Perryclear of Rockport, Mass.; and two grandchildren.
