PORTLAND, ORE. — Drexler leads Portland to 9th victory in a row

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Clyde Drexler passed the 30-point mark for the fourth consecutive game, as the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Chicago Bulls, 125-112, last night and remained the National Basketball Association's only unbeaten team, 9-0.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Karl Malone scored 24, and Utah ended a four-game losing streak with a victory over Minnesota.

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles held Seattle to its lowest point total ever. Seattle's previous club record for fewest points was 73 on Oct. 31, 1985, against the Denver Nuggets. The SuperSonics hit only 27 of 84 shots (32.1 percent) against the Clippers.
