Columbia-FreeState Health System announced the following appointments: Orest Bartoszyk, physician in the cardiology division, internal medicine department, Columbia Regional Center; Richard C. Marsella, pathologist at the Patuxent Surgical Center in Ellicott City; Daniel W. On the board

Liberty Medical Center appointed Claude H. "Bud" Denker III to the board of directors. Mr. Denker is area vice president for retail sales, Pepsi-Cola East.

Capitol Petroleum & Supply Inc. in Capitol Heights elected Jeffrey L. Mendelson board chairman and Elizabeth A. Mendelson secretary/treasurer to the board of directors.
