We need your help.
The Business staff of The Sun is undertaking a major review of the investment listings we publish in our daily and Sunday editions. Knowing your views can help us serve you better.
To get your views on our financial tables and how we present them, we are conducting an informal reader survey using our SUNDIAL service. We want to find out what you think of the tables we currently publish and what you'd like to see us publish in the future.
Are the stock tables well-organized? Do you think the type is large enough? Do you regularly use the NASDAQ and over-the-counter listings? Do you use the Sun Stocks listing? Would you like to see the 52-week high and low for a particular stock? Would you like to see more news stories in the section and fewer tables?
Readers are invited to call SUNDIAL, the telephone information service of The Baltimore Sun, at 783-1800 (268-7736 in Anne Arundel County) to take part in the survey, which will take eight to 12 minutes to complete. The four-digit code for the survey is 2010. It might be helpful if you have a copy of The Sun's Business section with you when you call. SUNDIAL is a local call in the Baltimore area. A push-button telephone is necessary for the telephone survey.
The survey continues through Sunday.
If you have a rotary phone or prefer to answer our questionthrough a mail survey, you can obtain a copy by calling the SUNDIAL survey and requesting one, or by writing The Sun, Financial Tables Survey, 501 N. Calvert St., Baltimore, Md. 21278.
