* WHEN: Tonight, 6:35 p.m.

* WHERE: Centre 200, Sydney, Nova Scotia.

* RADIO: WLIF-AM 1300.

* OUTLOOK: The Maritime trip has taken its toll on the Jacks, who are 1-5-1 thus far. After tonight's game, the team returns home tomorrow morning and plays two more games on the road -- Wednesday in Hershey and Thursday in Binghamton -- before returning to the Arena next Friday against Hershey. The Jacks (9-8-1) have played with four defensemen for more than a week, with Mark Ferner (concussion), Rob Mendel (rib) and Kent Paynter (hamstring) all out of the lineup. Also, leading scorer Alfie Turcotte (seven goals, 17 assists) missed Wednesday's game because of a thigh cramp. The Oilers (6-6-2), tied for last place in the Northern Division, are led by Shaun Van Allen and Norm MacIver, who both got goals in Wednesday's 3-2 win.
