Anne Arundel County seniors captured 55 gold, 41 silver and 34 bronze medals at the 11th annual Maryland Senior Olympics that took place recently at Towson State University.
Competing in the age 60 to 64 group, Constance Geis of Severna Park was Anne Arundel County's top medal winner. She won seven medals in such events as the 50-yard backstroke, one-mile recreational walk, high jump, javelin, running long jump, softball throw and the standing long jump.
