Howard Community College's Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Technology program and Adjunct Prof. Dennis Hance received awards from the Maryland State Council on Vocational-Technical Education.
The college's four-year-old CAD program received the Distinguished Program Award for 1990. The associate degree program was created to meet local demand for skilled technicians to assist engineers and architects in design and drawing preparation.
