Baltimore city officials are hopeful, but concerned, that their working relationship with Baltimore County, which has improved in the past year, will continue with a new county administration. One newly elected county councilman, however, said while he favors cooperation on such issues as trash disposal, he doesn't want county residents to pay for city problems. Should the county continue to cooperate with the city in joint efforts to solve regional problems?
