TIP LEADS TO ARREST FOR PCP POSSESSION

A 34-year-old Glen Burnie man was charged with possession of PCP Wednesday night after police responded to Janelin Drive for reports of men selling drugs.

A police report says Christopher Maccubbin, of the 100 block Janelin Drive, had a black film canister containing 3 grams of PCP in his coat pocket. He was searched after a police officer smelled a strong odor of drugs.

The man's brother, Joseph Maccubbin, was charged with obstructing and hindering a police officer after he tried to stop police from arresting his brother, the police report says.

POLICE CHARGE TWO AFTER DRUG STAKEOUT

Two men were arrested Nov. 3 on drug charges in the House of Jose's rear parking lot.

Carter Rigsbee, 27, of the unit block Lock Leven Road in Severna Park, and Darin Dilodovica, 21, of the 11800 block Cedarwood Drive, were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

A police report says detectives were conducing surveillance of the area when they saw two men get into a 1989 Toyota and share a marijuana cigarette.

After police arrested the two men, they found a plastic bag containing 15.5 grams of marijuana, the report says.

6500 block Cedar Furnace Circle, Nov. 7; entry gained through kitchen window. Washer taken from vacant home. Total loss: $250.
