Roman Completes Marine Radio Course

Marine Pfc. Ronald M. Roman, son of Beverly and Ronald M. Roman Sr. of Jarrettsville, has completed the radio fundamentals course.

During the course, conducted at Marine Corps Communicatons-Eletronics School. Twentynine Palms, Calif., Roman receibed instruction on the basic procedures for maintenance and repair of the radio epquipment used in the Marine Corps.

He is a 1989 graduate of North Haford High School.


Marine Cpl. Bradlley W. Anderson, a 1988 graduate of North Harford High School, graduated from Marine Security Guard School, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Va.

While attending the six-week course. Anderson was trained for duty at American embassies throughout the world. His studies included instruction on the organization and functioning of the State Department's foreign service; protection of classified material; interior guard duty; protocol, etiquette and ceremonial functions; locks and safes; fire prevention; and identification of bombs and incendiary devices.
