Tall helps Loyola reach final, 4-2 MSA A soccer

Mike Tall scored three goals to lead visiting Loyola (11-4-1) to a 4-2 victory over Archbishop Curley (11-5-1) in a Maryland Scholastic Association A Conference soccer semifinal yesterday.

Loyola will face No. 6 Calvert Hall (14-3-1), a 2-1 winner over No. 9 McDonogh (13-2-2), in tomorrow's championship game at Essex Community College at 2 p.m.

Tall scored Loyola's first goal and last two. Marshall Robers got the Dons' other goal and had an assist, and Paul Chryssikos had two assists for Loyola, which led by at least a goal throughout the game.

In the other semifinal, Jeremy Baker and Tony Nugent scored to lead Calvert Hall. Bryan Bugarin assisted on both goals.
