J. L. MOORE INDUCTED INTO REALTORS GROUP

Joseph (Jerry) L. Moore was inducted into the National Association of Realtors' Omega Tau Rho society during the Maryland Association of Realtors' 1990 Fall Conference at Williamsburg, Va.

A member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, Moore was selected for his 23 years of service to the industry.

Moore is a manager of the firm of O'Conor, Piper & Flynn Realtors.

He leads many educational classes and seminars in the industry and is actively involved in the community.

PAIR OPEN FIRM AT ANNAPOLIS SITE

Bruce Borcz and Brad Dunn, 20-year veterans of the Washington, D.C.

advertising community, have opened a firm in Annapolis.

The firm, B&D Marketing Group Inc., will service clients in the financial, retail, real estate, business-to-business and technology fields.

From 1975 to 1989, Borcz and Dunn were instrumental in establishing their advertising firm, Govatos, Dunn and Borcz as one of Washington's largest full-service advertising agencies, providing professional services from marketing to copy and public relations over its 14-year history. The agency received more than 100 awards in local, regional and national advertising and marketing competitions.

From 1989 until September of this year, Borcz and Dunn have been affiliated with D.C. advertising executives Rick Barrow and Jack Kern, providing a full range of marketing services to their clients.

BRUKIEWA SERVES AS BRIDAL CONSULTANT

Terry W. Brukiewa, operator of Grand Affairs Inc. of Glen Burnie, has renewed his membership in the Association of Bridal Consultants.

The business is a full-service, independent wedding planner and serves clients from the Baltimore-Washington-Annapolis area.

As an association member, Brukiewa works with members to improve his professionalism and that of others in the wedding business. He joined the Connecticut-based organization in 1989.

REALTY AGENTS EARN QUARTER AWARDS

Two associates of Shannon & Luchs realty firm were recently recognized for outstanding achievements for the third quarter of 1990 in Anne Arundel County.

Joe Deshaies of the firm's Crofton office earned the Top First Year Licensee Award, and Tina Marine of the Annapolis office, was awarded for Top Listings Sold and Top Volume.
