LEASING SPECIALIST JOINS NOEL-LANE

Steve Tove has joined NOEL-LANE Commercial Real Estate Services as an office leasing specialist.

Tove, formerly a senior leasing representative with Crystal Hill Investments, will specialize in office tenant representation in Howard and Prince Georges counties.

COLLEGE PARK WOMAN JOINS FIRST ADVANTAGE

Patricia R. Miller has joined First Advantage Mortgage Corporation in Columbia as a mortgage representative.

Miller, a College Park resident, previously worked as a government loan underwriting manager in Kansas City. She has an associate's degree from Longview Community College and is a member of the Association of Mortgage Women.

MED FITNESS INSTRUCTOR OF YEAR

Lynne Brick, R.N., was named 1990 Fitness Instructor of the Year by IDEA, the association of fitness professionals.

Lynne, an international fitness consultant and aerobics trainer, has become the aerobics consultant for the Columbia Association.

CONCERN SELECTS EMPLOYEE COUNSELOR

Ellen D. Carr, co-founder of the Columbia Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy, has been selected to be a member of Concern, a national employee assistance program serving businesses in the Columbia area and elsewhere in the United States.
