Hasener Finishes Navy Recruit Training

Navy Seaman Sandra M. Hasener, daughter of Joseph and Jacqueline Hasener of Kingsville, has completed recruit training at Recruit Training Command in Orlando, Fla.

During her eight-week training cycle, she studied general military subjects designed to prepare her for further academic and on-the-job training in one of the Navy's 85 basic fields.

She joined the Navy in July 1990.

QUINTAL CERTIFIED IN ORDNANCE REPAIR

Marine Pfc. Matthew D. Quintal, son of Fay Ogrysko of Pylesville, completed the Electro Optical Ordnance Repair course.

During the 15-week course, conducted at U.S. Army Ordnance Center and School in Aberdeen Proving Ground, he received instruction in the disassembly and repair of electro-optical and laser equipment.

A 1989 graduate of North Harford High School, he joined the Marine Corps in May 1989.

SHAFFER COMPLETES NAVY RECRUIT TRAINING

Navy Seaman Ronald E. Shaffer, son of Jerry and Linda Haga of Aberdeen, has completed recruit training at Recruit Training Command in Orlando, Fla.

During the eight-week training cycle, he studied general military subjects designed to prepare him for further academic and on-the-job training in one of the Navy's 85 basic fields.

He is a 1990 graduate of Aberdeen High School.
