MAN ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP
County police have charged a Baltimore man with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in Severna Park.
John Leonard Muir, 26, of the 8000 block of High Point Road, was charged Sunday after the 11:45 a.m. incident.
The police said an officer on patrol stopped a car on Robinson Road because the car didn't have a front license plate.
The officer noticed that a passenger was not wearing his seat belt and checked his license. He found there was an outstanding warrant for the man for failing to appear in court in Baltimore County.
While searching the man at the station, the officer found a small plastic baggie of marijuana in the man's sock.
