James E. Hubbard Jr.

James E. Hubbard Jr., a retired contractor, died Sunday of heart failure at Bon Secours Hospital. He was 42 and lived on Winchester Street in Baltimore.

Services for Mr. Hubbard will be held at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the March funeral establishment, 4300 Wabash Ave.

He retired because of ill health about a year ago. He had operated the James Hubbard Construction Co. since the retirement of his father about four years earlier. He worked for his father for many years.

The Baltimore native was a graduate of the Carver Vocational-Technical High School.

He is survived by his parents, Eleanor and James E. Hubbard Sr.; a foster son, Torry Giles of Baltimore; a brother, Charles Neal Sr. of Baltimore; and many nieces and nephews.
