* Although he's in the midst of a busy campaign, Gov. William Donald Schaefer found time recently to stop by Dalesio's of Little Italy to cut the ribbon to the third-floor dining room named in his honor. Paul Oliver, former GM for the Waterfront Hotel and a former Martin Marietta employee, bought Dalesio's, a Northern Italian Restaurant at 829 Eastern Ave., a year ago.
