* OUTLOOK: Soviet defenseman Mikhail Tatarinov will play his second game for the Capitals. Tuesday night, in a 6-2 win in Philadelphia, the 24-year-old former Moscow Dynamo player drew third-period penalties for interference and roughing with tough Keith Acton. John Druce continued his hot streak with his fifth goal of the season. Kevin Hatcher scored two goals against the Flyers. Right wings Dino Ciccarelli (broken thumb) and Alan May (bruised knuckle) are out of the lineup. The Caps called up John Purves to fill the right wing for tonight and the remainder of the trip to Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.
