Norfolk's King wins Tournament of Champions

MIDLOTHIAN, Va. -- Keith King of Lake Wright Golf Club in Norfolk, Va., shot a 1-under-par 71 for a 36-hole total of 136 and a three-stroke victory in the Middle Atlantic Professional Golfers' Association's 10th Tournament of Champions at Brandermill Country Club yesterday.

Dennis Winters of Prospect Bay retained second place with 67-72139, followed by Bruce Lehnhard, Lake of the Woods, who used the day's only round in the 60s, a 68, for a total of 140. It was one of only four below-par second-round scores.
