State's Attorney Election '90

October 24, 1990

Incumbent William R. Hymes deserves re-election. We say that even though after three terms in the office, Mr. Hymes is clearly tired of the grind, and a breath of fresh air would be good for law enforcement in Howard County. Unfortunately, the Republicans nominated Richard J. Kinlein, a figure from the past whose own tenure in the office was stormy and often unprofessional.
