Betsy Moyer is named senior account executive for Eisner 66TC Associates. She was previously an account executive at Richardson, Myers & Donofrio Inc., where she worked on the Baltimore Federal Financial, Conrail and ICI Americas Inc. accounts.

At Gray Kirk & Evans, Michael Marcus is promoted to field account executive for the agency's Precision Tune accounts. He joined the agency in 1989 as research administrator.

At Richardson, Myers & Donofrio, Laura Lo Scalzo joins the agency as a media supervisor. She will be responsible for planning and purchasing broadcast and print media for several accounts. She was previously a senior media planner and assistant supervisor for Della Femina, McNamee WCRS in Boston. Jim Schwartz is named manager of the Public Affairs Department at Noxell Corp., a Procter & Gamble company.

He will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's internal communications plan, handling media inquiries, serving as liaison with various community groups and industry trade associations, and assisting with state and federal government relations activities.

He was previously manager of corporate public relations for Pizza Hut Inc. He has also held management positions with CIBA-GEIGY Corp. and several regional advertising and public relations agencies. Michael W. Brossette is named chief operating officer for Bon Secours Hospital. He was previously chief operating officer for Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia.

At the Columbia-FreeState Health System, Dr. Mabelle Dora D'Amodio-Milne joins as a pediatrician at the Annapolis Regional Medical Center.

She was previously in private practice.

Dr. Phillip Douglas Hale and Dr. Christine Anne Marino join the health system's Family Practice Department in Laurel.

Dr. Marino served as clinical assistant professor in family medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and was a practicing physician in Pasadena for six years.

At Saint Joseph Hospital, Lori A. Vidil is named director of public relations. She was previously assistant director of marketing and public relations at Liberty Medical Center. Before that, she was community relations associate at Union Memorial Hospital and assistant marketing director for Hunt Valley Mall.

At the Buxbaum Health Care Group of Wolpoff & Co., Brian B. Austin is named director of Medicare reimbursement. He was previously senior director of Medicare operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland Inc. Richard R. Urycki is named national account manager, central region, for CSL Intermodal. He will be responsible for developing and marketing the company's international transportation services for headquarter accounts within the United States and Canada. He previously served in sales and marketing positions with Chicago and North Western Transportation Co., CSX Transportation and most recently as U.S. account manager-international and intermodal for Canadian Pacific Rail.


Paul Sims is named assistant secretary in the Contract Surety Department of United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. Peter Casale, Joseph McCardell, Regina Russell and Steven Weatherholtz are named assistant secretaries in the Purchasing and Supply Department.

At the plant:

Susan J. Cinquemani is named marketing analyst for the marketing controllership of the McCormick/Schilling Division of McCormick & Co. Inc. She will be responsible for pricing review, promotion analysis, forecast variance analysis and other financial support for the proprietary blend and specialty foods brand group. She was previously senior financial analyst at Jiffy Lube International.


Michael Galiazzo is named director of Dundalk Community College's newly established Regional Manufacturing Institute. He joined the college in 1973 as coordinator of veteran's affairs and was most recently director of retraining and community development.

The institute will provide leadership, conduct research, recruit workers, assist in plant modernization and create a coalition of manufacturing interests.

At the Friends School of Baltimore, Heidi M. Held is named director of public relations. She will write and edit the school's parent and alumni publications, handle media relations and oversee production of printed promotional materials.

She joins the Quaker day school from William Amelia & Associates Inc.
