General Assembly Election '90

October 23, 1990

In District 34, we endorse three quality candidates, Democrat Mary Louise Preis and Republicans David R. Craig and David M. Meadows for the House of Delegates. Each would be a newcomer to Annapolis, a definite plus in this election. The district's lone incumbent running again, William Cox, does not deserve another term.

Harford voters in District 35 elect two delegates. Our choices are newcomers Donald C. Fry, a lawyer and Democratic Party activist, and James M. Harkins, a Republican whose career has been in law enforcement. Incumbent Joseph Lutz has proved a disappointment. For Senate, we favor veteran legislator William Amoss.
