Federal Contracts Report is a weekly summary of selected contracts recently awarded by the federal government to companies and other vendors of the Baltimore area.

Westinghouse Electric Corp. of Baltimore won a $2,564,348 contract from the Air Force to provide engineering services.

International Shelter Systems Inc. of Baltimore won a $639,908 contract from the Navy to provide relocatable office space for Departments K, E, G and N.

A&G General Contractors Inc. of Baltimore won a $526,749 contract from the Navy to provide interior and exterior painting.

James Posey Associates of Baltimore won a $416,600 contract from the Construction Contracts Division to install a sprinkler.

Kopflex of Baltimore won a $240,000 contract from the Navy to refurbish clutches.

Digitest Corp. of Baltimore won a $2,464,431 contract from the Air Force to provide engineering services.

Martin Surfacing Inc. of Cockeysville won a $239,994 contract from the U.S. Naval Academy to install synthetic floor replacements of Halsey Field House, Building 352, of Annapolis.

Mid-Atlantic Contractors of Olney won a $237,944 contract from the Army to paint and maintain interiors of family housing units at Walter Reed Army Medical Center of Washington, D.C.

St. Angelo's Eastcoast of Ijamsville won a $653,093 contract from the Army to renovate kitchens and family housing areas at Fort George G. Meade.

Arinc Research Corp. of Annapolis won a $3,400,000 contract from the Air Force to provide expert and consultant services.

ARC Professional Services Group Inc. of Rockville won a $9,596,234 contract from the Army to provide operation and/or maintenance of a government-owned facility.

Hughes Associates Inc. of Wheaton won a $2,261,674 contract from the Navy to provide fire fighting damage control and chemical agent defense programs.

Glenn E. Waltz Plumbing and Heating Inc. of Frederick won a $819,147 contract from the Army to provide air conditioning for Buildings 403 and 500 at Fort Ritchie, Md.

Callas Contractors Inc. of Hagerstown won a $2,203,709 contract from the Army to replace underground storage tanks for various buildings of Fort Ritchie, Md.

Photocraft Inc. of Gaithersburg won a $1,217,929 contract from the Navy to provide photographic lab support services.

Twigg Corp. of District Heights won an $820,000 contract from the National Institutes of Health to replace exhaust fan 57, Building 10, NIH, Bethesda.

John C. Grimberg Co. Inc. of Rockville won a $756,000 contract from the Army to repair and renovate building 322 of Fort Belvoir, Va.

* Elrich Contracting Inc. of Capitol Heights won a $670,980 contract from the Army to renovate building 327 of Fort Belvoir, Va.

* Whiteford Construction Co. Inc. of Whiteford won a $670,000 contract from the Army to upgrade and provide alterations to a chemical neutralization facility.

Israel Military Industries Services USA Inc. of Chevy Chase won a $499,900 contract from the Navy to provide spare parts for IMI 60MM cannons.

Angel Systems of Chesapeake Beach won a $484,151 contract from the Navy to provide pest control services.

Eslin Co. of College Park won a $411,000 contract from the Army to renovate the exterior of the 201/202 quandrangle of Fort Belvoir, Va.

SFA Inc. of Landover won a $389,493 contract from the Navy to fabricate and evaluate superconduting and semiconducting materials and devices.

Elrich General Contractors Inc. of Forestville won a $263,777 contract from the Air Force to repair dormitory latrines at Andrews Air Force Base.

Vatica Contracting Inc. of Hyattsville won a $242,270 contract from the Army to paint and repair exteriors at Fort George G. Meade.

* B-K Systems Inc. of West Rockville won a $241,238 contract from the Navy to operate and maintain the NRL cathode processing facility.

J&D Installation Contractors Inc. of Monrovia won a $191,409 contract from the Navy to renovate Building 261.

R&N Contractors Inc. of White Plains won a $189,000 contract from the Navy to enclose the rear porch of Building 1662.

G.W. Mechanical Contractors Inc. of Upper Marlboro won a $181,669 contract from the Air Force to replace air conditioning of chapel #1, building 1345 at Andrews Air Force Base.

Building Systems Contractors Inc. of Cabin John won a $177,322 contract from the Air Force to construct a mechanical room and replace HVAC of Building 1420, at Andrews Air Force Base.

* John J. Kirlin Inc. of Rockville won a $1,059,000 contract from the Air Force to repair a high temperature hot water conduit at Bolling Air Force Base.

Lucas Weinschel Inc. of Gaithersburg won a $1,010,450 contract from the Air Force to supply low frequency power standards.
