Undaunted by the storm

Willy Sparr of Kingsville went on with his fishing plans in Ocean City yesterday, despite the iffy weather forecast posed by Tropical Storm Lili. It proved a good decision on his part, as Lili's only obvious effect was the heavy surf pounding at his feet near the resort's inlet. Meanwhile, heavy rain associated with the remnants of Tropical Storms Klaus and Marco soaked parts of Western Maryland. (Article, 4E)
