Baltimore police are seeking a 15-year-old boy in connection with the fatal shooting of a West Baltimore man in a dispute over drugs.

A warrant has been issued charging Ray Anthony Patrick, 15, of the 1800 block of Pulaski Street as an adult with first-degree murder, robbery and a handgun violation in connection with the slaying of Melvin William Lee, police said yesterday.

Mr. Lee, 36, of the 2300 block of Wichita Avenue died Wednesday at the University Hospital after being shot in the chest Sunday during a dispute over drugs in the 2200 block of West North Avenue, police said.

After shooting Mr. Lee, the gunman took $100 from him and ran away, police said.
