State and county police were still looking yesterday for eight youths who escaped from the D.C. Children's Center in the western part of the county Saturday.
State police in Waterloo said 10 youths escaped from the facility about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police used dogs and helicopters to search throughout the night, capturing one. Several of the youths were spotted about 7:30 a.m. yesterday in Dorsey, and state police captured a second youth near Route 176 at the Howard-Anne Arundel line, state police said.
The youths are in their late teens and wanted by Washington, authorities on charges of armed robbery, police said.
