AT Saturday's rodeo held in Bel Air, Chip Ridgley rode Gremlin the bull.
Ridgley lives on a 200-acre farm in Cooksville. He has been riding bulls for four years. He started rodeo riding after seeing the riders at the state fair.He began by riding bucking horses at 16 years old. At age 19, he started riding bulls. For 1990, he is rated No.15 in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
