Nchs Supports Military

HAMPSTEAD - North Carroll High School is showing its support of the military in the Middle East by sending packages to servicemen who are NCHS graduates.

Allan Abbott, assistant principal, and Gina Perez, SGA president, are preparing the care packages that contain such things as shaving creme, mouthwash, toothpaste, lip balm and sunscreen.

Each soldier also will receive a Panther pin, letter from Gerez and a magazine, all paid for by the SGA.

NCHS graduates receiving the packages are Pfc. David Freeland, Lcpl.

Mike Brooks, Spc. Richard D. Reaver, Lcpl. Shawn Borgealt, Ssgt. James R.

Barbe, Cpl. Kenneth A. Day and Alc. Gary G. Zahn Jr.

Anyone interested in donating items to the school for this project should call Abbott at 374-6105.
