Born in Baltimore, he was a 1924 graduate of the Johns Hopkins University.

He liked boating and was a member of the Maryland Yacht Club as a young man and later traveled extensively.

Mr. Josselyn was a member of the Memorial Episcopal Church and the Johns Hopkins Club.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mildred Newton; three sisters, Hazel Krock, Carrie Josselyn and Ella Josselyn, all of Sykesville; and several nieces and nephews.

No services were planned at his request. Memorial contributions may be made to the Residents Assistance Fund at Roland Park Place.
