Denver Nuggets -- Named Jim Boyle assistant coach.

Golden State Warriors -- Traded F/G Terry Teagle (16.1 ppg in 1989-90) to Los Angeles Lakers for 1991 first-round draft choice.

Los Angeles Lakers -- Traded C Mark McNamara to San Antonio Spurs for future considerations.

Philadelphia 76ers -- Extended coach Jim Lynam's contract two years. Signed Brian Oliver, first-round draft choice from Georgia Tech, to four-year contract at reported $1.6 million.

Seattle SuperSonics -- Signed F Mike Higgins.

Utah Jazz -- Awarded new contracts, calling for higher salaries, to F Karl Malone and G John Stockton.

Washington Bullets -- Signed G Larry Robinson of Centenary and G Haywoode Workman. Announced F Ron Draper, G Tony Harris, G Lenzie Howell, C Michel Bonebo, G Charles McGill and F Sam Jefferson have accepted invitations to rookie camp.


Northeast Conference -- Elected Robert J. Wickenheiser, president of Mount St. Mary's, president.
