An empty propane truck overturned last night on Interstate 95 south of the Susquehanna River near Havre de Grace, seriously injuring the driver and closing all northbound and southbound lanes of the major highway, state police said.
The driver was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. His condition and identity were not available early this morning.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident, which occurred about 10 p.m.
Southbound traffic was rerouted by way of Route 155 and northbound traffic by way of Route 22, officers said. Firefighters were on the scene as efforts continued this morning to remove the wreckage safely.
