September 24, 1990

Baltimore County police are investigating the death of a 28-year-old Rosedale man who was shot yesterday morning during an argument with his girlfriend.

Police said Richard Glenn Lacotti of the 1000 block of Rosedale Avenue had been arguing with his girlfriend about 9 a.m.

Both were struggling with a gun between them when the weapon discharged, wounding Mr. Lacotti in the chest, police said.

Mr. Lacotti was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said that no charges had been filed against the girlfriend but that the shooting remained under investigation.

Another man was shot and killed in Baltimore last night in the 5300 block of Haddon Avenue.

Police said they had little information about the shooting, which occurred around 10:30 p.m.

The victim -- whose identity was not immediately known -- was declared dead at Sinai Hospital.
