Advocate Club Of Baltimore Elects Officers

The Advocate Club of Baltimore, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to local private schools for children from low-income families, recently elected the following officers: Richard S. Connell II of Insurco Group Inc., president; George W. Santos II of Manekin Corp., vice president; M. Kent Thomas of Katz, Abosch, Windesheim, Gershman & Freedman, treasurer; and Mike Paszkiewicz of Columbia Vending, secretary.

The organization also elected the following to the board of directors: Bruce Alderman Jr. of Benchmark Capital Corp., Martin Barry of Martin Barry Studios Inc., Martin R. Barthelme of Westinghouse Electric, Richard W. Caspari of ADP Inc., William Caspari of Viking Land Co., and Andrew Cooper of the Baltimore City Public Defenders Office.

Also elected to the board were John J. Darlington III of Wheat First Securities, Anthony W. Diehl of Atlas Van Lines, Mark Fick of Fick Bros. Roofing, Christopher L. Imbach of Massachusetts HTC Mutual, John M. Kemp of Cloverland/Royal Farm, Robert Leonard of Leonard Paper Co., Roger Mooney of Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbor, Richard B. Bay of Gilbert Marsiglia & Co., John D. Runge of Capitol Exteriors and Rick Strassner of Quicksilver.
