MANCHESTER - Developers of the 61-acre Dell Farm are expected to seek approval of their modified concept plan.
Henry L. Blevins, the Mount Airy developer of proposed 180 single-family home project, goes before the Planning and Zoning Commission tomorrow night.
What would have been the town's largest housing project if approved, was first introduced four months ago. After fierce neighborhood opposition, the proposal was scaled-back.
The commission, which has changed its meeting time this month to 8 p.m., also will consider aspects of several other projects in town, including the 42-unit Loats Estates and the proposed Sheetz convenience store at the intersection of Routes 27 and 30.
