Baltimore police and federal drug agents today began rounding up 34 drug suspects in a bid to wipe out East Baltimore's "Billy Guy" drug organization. The ring is believed to be responsible for $4 million in heroin and cocaine sales annually in East Baltimore. Officials said three suspects named in grand jury indictments also have been charged with murder and two with assault with intent to murder. One suspect was arrested with 1,594 bags of heroin and 2,473 vials of cocaine, police said. Guns, $40,000 in jewelry and $25,000 cash also were seized.
