Barbara Ann Miller Teacher's aide

Barbara Ann Miller, a Baltimore elementary school teacher's aide, died unexpectedly Friday at her home in Timonium. She was 67.

A Mass of Christian burial was offered for Mrs. Miller yesterday at the Roman Catholic Shrine of the Sacred Heart in Mount Washington.

Born in Baltimore, the former Barbara Appel was a graduate Mount St. Agnes High School and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.

She had been a teacher's aide at the Mount Washington Elementary School for the past 15 years. Before that she worked as a secretary in the engineering department of the Johns Hopkins University.

Mrs. Miller enjoyed horseback riding, swimming and skiing.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Frederick W. Miller of Baltimore; a daughter, Frances A. Miller of Timonium; and two sisters, Frances V. Santry of Timonium and Mary Clare Newell of Reisterstown.
