Harford County faces a watershed with this election, with several important offices open. For county executive, we favor Eileen Rehrmann over Barbara Risacher. Both are qualified for the job, but Rehrmann has an edge in being able to tackle tough issues and build consensus. Moreover, she has the support of the governor, which would be a decided advantage for the county.
